Committee/Conference/Training Room
The Centre has a conference room located on the first floor and furnished with a public address system as well as multimedia projection
facilities. The room, having a capacity of 70 persons, is fully air-conditioned. It is ideally suited for round table conferences as well
as seminars. Refreshments and lunch/dinner for the participants can be arranged in the cafeteria located on the ground floor.
The conference room can be hired for a fee of Tk. 10,000/= per shift. A discount of 50% is available for conferences organized by faculty
members. On holidays and outside working hours, an additional service charge of Tk. 1000/= and Tk. 500/= respectively has to be paid.
The committee room having a capacity of 30 persons can be hired for a fee of Tk. 5,000/= per shift. A discount of 50% is available for meetings organized by faculty members.
The training room having a capacity of 65 persons can be hired for a fee of Tk. 5000/= per shift. A discount of 50% is available for training organized by faculty members.
