Overview:
The Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Research Laboratory (GEBR) is one of the 13 research discipline of Centre for Advanced Research in Sciences (CARS) & was launched in January, 2006 at (CARS), University Dhaka. The laboratory is well equipped for various research in molecular biology, human genetics, forensic & biotechnology. All instruments are in operation at the "state-of-the-art” condition. This laboratory has been founded for cutting edge research, education and training to support students of higher degree, public, governmental and non-governmental organization. This laboratory practices international SOP guided techniques to achieve standard quality data.
